* Original tags and packaging are attached.

 * Item is free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear. 

* Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery. 


 We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.


  Non-Returnable Items

* Gift cards. 

* Personalized or custom-made products.

 * Items marked as final sale.  

Return Shipping 


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Incorrect Shipping Information 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.  Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment. 


 Delivered Packages 


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
